- Q. What happens if I need a delivery after office hours??
A. For our customers who work evenings or weekends, we offer our ‘After Hours Service’. This is for pick-ups and deliveries between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
- Q. What is the difference between Standard or Same Day Delivery Service, Rush Delivery Service and Direct Delivery Service??
A. * ‘Rush Service’, This service is for truck or van orders that have at least a 4-5 hour window for pickup and delivery Orders should be called in and ready for pickup by 11:00 p.m. for our rush service.
* ‘Direct Service’, for extremely urgent deliveries, offers you door to door service
* ‘Dedicated Truck Service’, daily route deliveries or scheduled deliveries.
